Q. Do I need to bring anything to the physical exam?
A. Yes. Please fill out the history portion of the physical form prior to the exam. The physical form must be filled out by a parent and signed prior to the physical.

Q. How much does the exam cost?
The cost may vary, but is is normally the same as most co-pays. Contact the host school for cost.

Q. How do I book an event at my school?
A. To schedule on-campus physicals at your site, contact PSP. PSP events can be held on-campus once per school year or before every sports season, and can be performed during school hours, after school, in the evenings or on weekends.

Q. How will I know when PSP is coming to my school?
Ask your athletic director or coach for more information. You can also check the PSP interactive calendar for future events.

Q. What is the best way to promote our PSP event?
A. PSP has a wide range of resources to help you. Use our text to send a mass email to parent and students. Print and post our posters and flyers, and handout postcards. All that and more is available on our “Promote Your Event” page. Encourage participation online by linking to our interactive calendar or posting our logo or badge. We’re here to help!

Q. What if I miss my on-campus physical? Or, can I attend a PSP physical elsewhere if you don’t come to my school?
PSP events are open to students from any school, unless otherwise noted. Students interested in attending a different site’s event should contact the host school for cost information.
